We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high quality visual content across digital and print platforms, helping to strengthen our brand identity, promote our products and services, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Design distinctive and memorable visual assets that effectively represent the company's brand identity.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, catalogues, posters, business stationery, and promotional literature.
- Produce engaging graphics, posts, reels, and promotional content for social media platforms.
- Design digital advertising materials, including website banners, display advertisements, email graphics, and campaign visuals.
- Design intuitive, user friendly, and visually appealing layouts for the company website and e-commerce platform.
- Enhance and professionally retouch product photography for use in advertising, social media, catalogues, and online sales platforms.
- Create infographics, illustrations, icons, and other visual content to communicate product information effectively.
- Design innovative product packaging and labelling that reflects the company's branding and enhances customer appeal.
- Develop logos, branding materials, and visual identities for new products and promotional campaigns.
- Produce basic video content, motion graphics, and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare artwork and files for both digital publication and professional print production.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all creative work aligns with the company's branding, marketing strategy, and business objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.
Keep up to date with emerging design trends, software developments, and industry best practices.
Person Specification
Essential Requirements
- A recognised qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Graphic & Multimedia Designer or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and professional design work.
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, page layout, and digital design principles.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, where business needs require.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience of designing for e-commerce businesses.
- The ability to communicate in Urdu, Punjabi, or Mirpuri would be an advantage, as the role involves engaging with a diverse customer base.
